Privacy
inrealtime is run by Xavi Group LLC, a Virginia company. This page says what we collect, why, and what you can ask of us. Write to legal@inrealtime.dev about anything here.
What we collect
- Public pages of the sites we check, with screenshots. We never sign in to a site or submit its forms, and we honour robots.txt.
- Your email address, when you give it to open a report, sign in or subscribe, and whether you agreed that we may email you.
- Payment records. Stripe handles payments; we never see your card number. We keep the Stripe customer and subscription ids.
- One cookie, which keeps you signed in. No advertising or analytics cookies, and no tracking pixels in our emails. If you pick a language, your browser remembers it on your device; it is never sent to us.
- Basic request logs (IP address, browser), kept briefly by our host for security.
- What you send through our contact page: your email address, your name if you give it, and your message, so we can reply. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is sending it (and our sign-in form); Cloudflare runs that check and doesn't use it for advertising. To limit how much one connection can send, we keep a code made from your IP address and the date for a week, which can't be turned back into the address or linked across days.
How we use it
To run inrealtime: send you links, reports and alerts, bill subscriptions and keep the service safe. We don't sell your information and don't use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
Cloudflare (hosting, storage, and the check on our forms), Stripe (payments) and Fastmail (email), each only to provide their part of the service.
How long we keep it
As long as you have an account. Ask us and we'll delete your data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop our emails at any time: reply "no thanks", use the link in any email, or write to us.
Changes
We'll post changes here and email account holders about material ones.
