inrealtime is run by Xavi Group LLC, a Virginia company ("we"). By using inrealtime.dev or subscribing, you agree to these terms. Questions: legal@inrealtime.dev.
What we do
We load the public pages of a website the way visitors, browsers, search engines and AI assistants see them, and report problems: tracking that runs before consent, accessibility failures, untranslated text, search and AI crawler settings, layouts that break on phones and similar issues. Reports come from automated checks. We work to keep them accurate, but they can be wrong, and they are not legal advice.
Your account
You sign in with a link we email you, so anyone who can read your email can sign in. Keep your email account secure. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Website audits
The findings a report shows are free. A full report, every finding on one website with evidence and a fix, is a one-time purchase of $50.
Real-time audits cost $50 for the first month and $100 a month after that, charged in advance through Stripe, and renew every month until you cancel. They include the full report for that website. We'll email you at least 30 days before any price change.
Cancelling takes one click on your account page. Checks continue until the end of the month you've paid for, and nothing more is charged. If a charge looks wrong, write to us and we'll put it right.
Fair use
Don't use inrealtime to overload, attack or test the security of any site, and don't resell reports as your own automated service.
Our crawler
Our crawler reads a few public pages at a gentle pace and honours robots.txt. To keep it away from your site, see our crawler page.
Liability
inrealtime is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; for material changes we'll email account holders before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.
